Or if that's not something you enjoy doing, then you can have your designers do it for you, and just focus on crafting the world. Plus, of course, design/name/buff/nerf their combat abilities, design quests for them, etc. Make things bigger or smaller, and soon (not yet implemented) recolor them. You can mix-and-match model parts to create your own unique chimeric monsters, such as the crocodile treants, if you want. Since you're the one designing the game, you get to design what classes your players will be able to choose from, and what sort of monsters they'll be fighting.
